A structured curriculum
Four core content blocks sequenced in order, so each session builds on the last. You follow a clear path instead of piecing skills together on your own.
SU Campus runs a structured programme that prepares tutors to teach with clarity, safeguard every student, and hold themselves to a genuine professional standard. New to tutoring or refining your practice, you get one clear path from first session to confident, capable teaching.
Every part of the programme earns its place. Tutors leave knowing what to teach, how to keep students safe, and how to run a session that actually works.
Four core content blocks sequenced in order, so each session builds on the last. You follow a clear path instead of piecing skills together on your own.
A dedicated safeguarding course sits inside the programme. You finish understanding your responsibilities to students and exactly what to do when something feels wrong.
Training runs virtual with live Zoom sessions, so you learn alongside trainers and other tutors and get feedback on your teaching before you sit in front of a student.
The path is the same for every tutor, so you always know what comes next and nothing important gets skipped.
